Has wellness lost its way? This was the thought that kept me up at night as I was returning back to work after maternity leave last Summer.
Wellness is everywhere these days. So in theory, there's never been a better time to be a consultant for brands in this space. But for all its growth, and all my opportunities, something felt deeply off.
When I started planting the seeds for Brighton Wellness Festival (1–8 October), I thought I was building a space to showcase incredible practitioners, offer beautiful workshops, and connect the public with deeper forms of healing.

Last Friday, we hosted our very first online ‘Meet & Align’ call - a new monthly ritual within the Brighton Wellness Festival Community, and it was nothing short of powerful.

More intention. More connection.
