Sponsor Spotlight: Full Circle Healing – A Journey Back to Wholeness
At Brighton Wellness Festival, we’re passionate about showcasing practitioners and spaces that support true, transformative healing – the kind that brings people home to themselves.
That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Full Circle Healing as one of our sponsors for this year’s festival.
Founded by Paula and Matt – partners in life, love, and healing – Full Circle Healing offers a powerful blend of Shamanic Healing, Sound Therapy, and energy medicine, designed to support people in reconnecting with their true selves. Their work bridges ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic tools, and is rooted in the belief that healing must address the mind, body, and spirit.
From 1:1 sessions to group circles and online programs, their offerings meet people wherever they are on their journey – whether they're navigating trauma, spiritual awakening, neurodivergence, or the simple (but profound) desire to live more soulfully and authentically.
Who They Are – And What They Offer
Full Circle Healing is based in Brighton & Hove and works with clients both locally and around the world. Their mission is to create safe, sacred spaces where people feel deeply seen, gently held, and empowered to heal.
Paula is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and coach who supports women in reconnecting with self-love, clarity, and their intuitive voice. Her work is shaped by her neurodivergence, spiritual sensitivity, and love for astrology, sacred feminine wisdom, and conscious living.
Matt is a Shamanic Healing Practitioner trained with the Four Winds Society and Q’ero Shamans of the Andes. He brings grounded presence and spiritual depth to his work, guiding people through trauma recovery, addiction healing, ADHD integration, and deep soul reconnection.
Together, they offer an embodied balance of the divine feminine and masculine, walking their talk and living their practice. Their work is trauma-informed, soul-led, and profoundly authentic – perfect for anyone seeking more than surface-level wellness.
The Journey That Led Them Here
Like many healers, Paula and Matt’s path was shaped by personal transformation.
Paula spent years in the corporate world, disconnected from her sensitivity and intuition, before a spiritual awakening in 2020 changed everything. That awakening reconnected her to her truth, her voice, and ultimately her purpose. In 2023, she moved to Brighton – and met Matt. Around the same time, she was also diagnosed as Autistic ADHD, bringing profound clarity to a lifetime of feeling "too much" or out of place.
Matt’s journey took him through the depths of addiction, grief, and mental health challenges. A pivotal moment came with the loss of a close friend and a powerful spiritual awakening through psychedelics. This led him to train in South America, where he deepened his connection to shamanic wisdom and emerged devoted to helping others reconnect with their own soul truth.
Together, they formed Full Circle Healing – a sanctuary for those walking the messy, magical path of transformation.
Why We Love Their Work
What makes Full Circle Healing stand out is the depth and integrity behind everything they do. They don’t offer quick fixes or spiritual bypassing. They hold space for the real work – the tears, the breakthroughs, the integration, and the slow return to self.
They speak to those who’ve often felt like outsiders, those who are neurodivergent, recovering from trauma, or awakening to a deeper sense of purpose. Their work helps bridge the gap between the mystical and the practical – offering grounded tools, intuitive guidance, and genuine support.
As Paula and Matt say, “Healing isn’t linear – it’s messy, magical, and necessary.” We couldn’t agree more.
